| Paying by Check or Money Order |
To pay by check or money order:
1. Click on the box above the Add to Cart button to select the number of copies you want.
2. Then click on the Add to Cart button and follow the steps directed to see your purchase details and total.
3. Write down the name of the book, quantity desired, cost, shipping cost, sales tax (if mailed in CA) and total.
4. Send this information along with your mailing address and check or money order to:
